Due to the nature of alcohol sales, we offer returns or replacements only for Hendrick’s Gin 1L bottles that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please ensure all seals remain intact to qualify for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Examine your Hendrick’s Gin bottle immediately upon arrival for any signs of leakage, glass breakage, or incorrect labeling.

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item to initiate your claim.

  • 3.
    Secure the Package

    If a return is authorized, place the unopened bottle back into its original protective packaging to prevent further damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once we verify your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh 1L bottle of Hendrick’s Gin.
